Constitution of the City Dartball League

Article I

Name

Section 1.

The name of this Organization shall be called the City Dartball League.

Section 2.

There will be no principal office of this organization.

Article II

Membership

Section 1.

Any man of good character is eligible for membership in this Organization.

Article III

Government

Section 1.

The government of this Organization shall be vested in an Executive Board, consisting of a President, 2 Vice-Presidents, Treasurer, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, 3 Rules Board Members: and a Board of Directors.

Section 2.

The Executive Board of this Organization shall be elected in the manner prescribed in the By-Laws and shall hold office for a period of one year, or until their successors are duly elected.

A.

Rules Board Members are to be elected for a 3 year period: I year member to be Board Chairman.

Section 3.

The Board of Directors will consist of one member from each team in the City Dartball League as prescribed in the By-Laws.

Article IV

Section 1.

This Constitution may be amended by a three-fourths vote of the Board of Directors present at any regular or special meeting.
